Because I host myself, I understand firsthand how important consistency, communication, and guest-ready presentation are, especially when you’re managing remotely. I started this business because I needed a me.

As a remote host, I struggled to find someone who cared for my property with intention, someone who could reset it beautifully, communicate clearly, track supplies, and maintain a calm, consistent standard every time. When I couldn’t find that level of care, I built it.

That experience shaped the way I serve my clients today: with calm, hospitality-level attention to detail and the kind of communication I always wished I had as a host.

My Hosting Story

I became a host long before I became a service provider. Managing my STR and MTR properties, often from a distance taught me how much clarity, communication, and consistency truly matter. I learned what it feels like to rely on someone else to care for your space, and how stressful it can be when things aren’t handled with intention.

Those experiences shaped everything about The Clean & Coordinated Co.

The systems I use today were built from the perspective of a host who wanted:

  • clear, proactive communication

  • thoughtful staging

  • supply awareness

  • and a calm, guest‑ready presentation every time

What I couldn’t find, I created.
